Rig 'N' Roll

One of the most expected game is finaly here
after many years of delays Rig 'N' Roll was released in Russia
and is being released in Europe during April 2010
Does the Game live up to the hype?

When Rig 'N Roll was anounced
the teasing graphics surprised everyone
This was to be one of the most amazing truck game ever
I got the impression that the graphics was so high
that only the newest computers could run it.

Now after playing some hours of Rig 'N' ROLL
i can say something is realy missing.

There is no doubt this is a cool game
So let's take the Bright sides first:

Trucks stops with Bars where you read newspaper and eat,
Hotel, Gastation to fill fuel (even have real names like shell)
Truck repair, warhouses to pick up cargos
The FM radio has nice songs and I heard you can load you own music too.
Weather like Day, Night, Sun, Rain etc..
and yes there is Damage and collisions.

In Rig 'N' Roll you have you Truckdriver company in the future
and compete with other companies in delivering cargos around Usa

Unfortunaly Rig'N' Roll Don't live fully up to the hype
Hotel and Bar is just a video you can't move around inside
You can't exit the truck and freely walk around the game
granted is not GTA but would have been a plus with more freedom

The graphics look outdated not mindblowing as expected
but there is moment like on a Sunset where you realy apreciate
the beauty of the game.
the background details in between citys is poor
It was expected to have more details

The worst Part this game is NOT moddable
and This can ruin the game aceptance in the marked
that means you can't install Scania Trucks for example
you can't install new Route mods etc...
This have made lot of people Upset

Having a game without mods is like
having a Iphone without theme and Appstore
in other words is like a Car without wheels.
And this make the game last shorter.
People want Mods and it seem The creator of Rig 'N' Roll Ignored this.

This review can be a bit hard
but I just don't want anyone getting their expectation too high
before playing the game
Is a Good game that is Enjoyable
Just don't believe is the SuperGame that everyone expected.
