I always found something mystic with subways and enjoyed playing WOS1:new york
so i was exited to get my hand on World of Subways 2: U7 Berlin
U7 is one of the largest subways line with over 40 stations

When starting Wos2 i found my way easy to start drive the train just like in Wos1
There is 2 trains Old F90 and H01 the newest one is much easyer to drive

As with Wos1 you have Cabview, can walk around inside the train

and outside on the stations, In Wos2 you can even jump down and walk on the traintracks
without any limit, this gives a touch of freedom but is pointless,
would be much more useful if you could walk upstairs in stations
this you can only on one station in Wos2

Wos2 has Non-animated passangers on platforms
but none inside the trainset
You do can hear people talking and laughing on stations
As with Wos1 you can Close/open doors, anounce next station
and walk around the stations

Duty Shift Mode in WOS1 was buggy
(dutyshift: drive forth/back same route when reaching end station)
Wos1 Forced you to get a minimum score to pass the evaluation
only then you could drive the train back
Fortunaly this has changed in Wos2 Evaluation is now optional.
In Wos1 when you reached Endstation
the train was automaticly moved from arival platfrom
to departure platform just like magic not giving you the freedom to turn the train.

In Wos2 when you reach endstation
you walk out the train to the platform toward the other end of the train
then manually drive the train from arival to departure platform this is realistic
This way You can drive back and forth as much you want
Wos2 has only one route but is large 40 stations way too many
so you might not want duty shift always

The game has several View like Cabview and outside view for like platforms
and one view inside trainset.
switching between view is still as buggy as Wos1
can on ocassion crash the game as it did sometimes for me

The 40 stations are all differents some more beauty than others as in real life
Finaly the Graphics are Just Amazing Just as with Wos1

Graphics: The best seen in a train game 10/10

Gameplay: Only one large route = a short gamelife
no possibility to make new routes
Changing views is buggy and can crash the games sometimes
still game is entertaining 8/10

Details: Great stations with great trains but passengers could have been animated
also no passengers inside trainset
and just like wos1 you can't walk up the stairs on most stations
in wos2 however you can walk on the traintracks without limit 8/10

Final score: Excelent game the best Subway game ever
and one of the best Train games
The freedom to move around inside train, open/close doors whenever you want
and great artwork on trains and stations make this game a must for subway fans 8.5/10

Things that could have been better in Wos2:
- Cannot leave the stations there is a limit as soon you reach platform stairs
- No animated passangers
- No passangers at all inside trainset
- No passangers walking in/out of trains
- one route of 40 stations is Too large better to have more routes with 20 stations max
- Graphics is great but comes with a price need powerful Pc or it lags or crash
(My 17screen Toshiba Laptop got Warm as a Supernova after driving halfway oneway )
- Changing views is buggy on some Pc because of heavy graphics
(Graphics should be reduced a little in Wos3 to make it play smoother and less buggy)

But all in all this is a Excelent game
unless you don't want to drive the whole route underground
you should get Wos2 over wos1
but Wos1 has some nice outside View specially the view of Newyork by Night.

Note: WOS2 is a standalone game and not a Add-on for existing train simulators
